Cris returns to the National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development (NCAIED) to direct the North Carolina Native American Business Enterprise Center. From 1980 to 1992, she served NCAIED and its predecessor, the United Indian Development Association, as a volunteer, employee and consultant. Cris offers a strong and unique combination of skills from her work as public relations professional, small business development consultant, business owner and continuing education instructor. She earned a Bachelors of Arts degree from Niagara University.
Phyllis Queen

Phyllis joins the North Carolina Native American Business Enterprise Center as a Management Consultant. Her prior working experiences include twenty-five years in private-sector manufacturing, as well as 5 years with the public-sector working with the Robeson County Center of the North Carolina Cooperative Extension Service and the Small Business Center of Robeson Community College. Phyllis earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, as well as a Masters in Public Administration.
